About Us

Sandyhook Art Glass Studio features the creations of the husband and wife team of Kit Hanson and George Raney. We are full-time, professional glass artists. Our work has been featured in TV commercials, newspaper articles, promotional videos, and show brochures. We are proud to offer our handcrafted art glass for sale at fine art and fine craft shows on the East Coast.

We feel our technique of combining stained glass and crystals in our artwork sets us apart from other glass artists. We use the special effects of opaque and transparent glass, the creative combination of color and texture, and the rainbow refractions produced by bevels and crystals to enhance our unique line of art glass.
